The hotel was nicely decorated and perfect, I loved it, especially sea view. The location was great, for example, Plaka was relatively near the property. It was located in a great area.

The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and clean, with each detail carefully considered. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast each morning and the spa area is a nice bonus for those looking to relax and unwind.

Although the resort has a lot to offer, there could be more entertainment in the evenings for those who choose to stay on site.

The staff at Cayo Exclusive Resort & Spa went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and attentive service. The guest relation manager, Stefania, personally ensured that our special occasion was celebrated in style, organizing a private dinner that exceeded our expectations. The breakfast at Cayo was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options and attentive staff. We loved spending time by the grand pool and indulging in drinks from the pool bar. The resort also offered unique experiences such as a special meat dinner night and an olive oil tasting with a local expert. The Spinalonga beach, just a short walk away, provided a stunning backdrop for our relaxation, and the resort even provided complementary transport to and from the beach. Our room had a fantastic view of the sea, complete with a private pool, and the architecture of the resort was exceptional.

While Cayo Exclusive Resort & Spa is a young hotel and still improving, the Maitre D, Guest Relations, and GM are dedicated to constantly enhancing the guest experience. Some minor suggestions we had included avoiding rooms close to the elevator/cable car, as they could be noisy and lacked privacy, as well as offering a set menu for dinner instead of a buffet.

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, with a clear view of the Mediterranean Sea from my room's balcony. I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Plaka, Crete for 4 nights. I had an amazing experience at Cayo Exclusive Resort & Spa. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were private and clean, and the views were absolutely stunning. The gym was well-equipped, and the beach access was convenient. I also enjoyed the social and cultural events organized by the hotel, which provided a great opportunity to meet other guests. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
